I scheduled an oil change and an overall operational inspection on my vehicle. They fit me in promptly and Tim explained everything they were going to perform when I dropped my car off and he followed through with those intentions. I was given a call in regards to suggested repairs that weren't discussed upon the drop-off prior to any work completed. The shop is professional, efficient, and maintains fair pricing for services. Tim provided me excellent customer service today, and I'm very pleased that I switched mechanics. Highly recommend Garage 88!

Amazing customer service.

Once again, Nova and the team at Garage 88 have proven why I consider them my personal mechanics. My 2006 Ford Mustang GT's transmission, recently rebuilt by AAMCO in 2018, shredded itself on the Arizona freeway two weeks ago. Limping home, I drove past AAMCO and took my baby to Garage 88. They completely rebuilt my transmission, adding a few high-performance parts which allow my 'Stang to shift more smoothly and faster than ever and they even took the time to adjust my handbrake which they noticed was a little loose. Now my car is back, better than ever and they did it in less time and for less money than they quoted me on the estimate. I would love to say that this was a special occurrence, but it wasn't. This is pretty representative of every transaction I've had with Garage 88. That's why they are my personal mechanics.

This place is a rare find in the world of automotive repair. Great customer service and I would encourage anyone to bring your vehicle here.

I've taken all my vehicles to their garage for over 10 years. The service is superior and ownership is honest & friendly. You shouldn't take your vehicle anywhere else other than this shop! Mark P.

This is exactly the kind of small business you want in every town. The guys and gals at Garage 88 are professional and extremely knowledgeable. Just had some suspension installed to my Tacoma and they did a fantastic job in record time. The price was right and the work was honest. The truck has never looked better. They were even able to discover the source of a squeaking noise I’ve been having on my front end that no one to date has been able to figure out. Definitely will be going back to Garage 88 for more of my vehicle customizations and repairs.

I'm so happy to have found Garage 88 for all my car needs. I have a total of four cars at present and have brought mainly my 1972 Dodge Dart in, which I use as a picture car for tv/film productions. They brought this car back to life, as it had so many problems. Everything that could be done, they did. It took plenty of time to get to this point, and most recently I had a problem with the power steering pump, which they sent out to be rebuilt, but it seems that it wasn't a problem, in reality. I'll continue to watch this potential issue, but point being, it was out of warranty, as it was 3 months of 3,000 miles, but I only drove 10 miles in four months. Nova and the guys instructed me to definitely drive it more, as I knew this, but I was mainly starting it only, and not driving it much at all. This car really had its share of issues, and still does, but it runs, they deemed it safe, it starts up fine, no overheating ever, thankfully no more leaks, as they fixed many issues, and also rebuilt the carbeurator, steering box, and power steering pump. It becomes rather expensive to maintain, but ultimately, when all is said in done and it's in good operating order, and ready for work, it's nice to know that it's ready to go for work on sets, when there will be work. These days, too, cars are so expensive, so it's nice to have a few classics to be able to enjoy as well. Or, A nice Sunday drive around town is always fun, as I will surely take it our more often, now that it's Spring, and there was recently the Spring Fling Car Show for Mopar in Van Nuys, which I will take it during Autumn. This is a very busy shop and more often than not, you need an appointment, but turnaround time has been very good, even with major work being done. They have a lot of classics being brought there, so many folks trust them, and in reality, many shops out there aren't able or willing to work on classics, so it's also nice to find somewhere near home that can come to the rescue. I plan on taking all my cars there, including my modern one, for future repairs.
