Personally I’ve never had a mechanic truly go ABOVE AND BEYOND for me but when it comes to Nova and his team of certified professionals not only was I taken care of, I was treated like family. I recently discovered I had a bad electric battery for my Chevy volt (a BIG Ticket item to replace). Nova walked me through all the possibilities and help me settle on the best possible outcome for me.
